When I started my journey in the aesthetics field, I quickly discovered that the industry can often fixate on narrow standards of beauty, excluding certain demographics. This conventional status quo inspired my dream to launch Nash Injections and redefine the aesthetics landscape by embracing the beauty of individuality.

  • Dr. Keith Goldberg

    MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    Dr. Keith Goldberg has been serving Middle Tennessee as a General and Vascular Surgeon since 1998. He was recruited to the area to bring innovation and improved patient care to Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee. Over the past three decades, he has become a respected leader in multiple local medical centers in the Nashville area and an esteemed member of the community. Dr. Goldberg possesses extensive expertise in aesthetics and is exceptionally skilled in the art of healing.

    In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Goldberg celebrates a 30-year marriage with his wife, Allie, and is the proud parent of two adult children, both pursuing careers in the medical field. During his leisure time, he participates in various outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and camping, and enjoys home remodeling projects.

    Dr. Goldberg earned his Medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and completed his surgical training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

  • Hannah Morse, RN (she/her/hers)

    AESTHETIC NURSE + FOUNDER

    In 2022, Hannah established Nash Injections by Hannah, inspired by the transformative power of aesthetic treatments on an individual’s self-image. Her mission is to revolutionize the aesthetics industry by championing diversity and advocating for natural beauty.

    Hannah believes that investing in one's skin can have a significant impact on self-esteem, leading to increased confidence and overall well-being. Known for her warm spirit, Hannah’s approach is deeply personalized, with a focus on individualized consultations to address specific concerns and create customized treatment plans. With a deep commitment to empowering her clients, Hannah ensures that their skincare journey is as exceptional as they are.

    Hannah earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Keiser University in 2017 and completed an OB Residency Program at Saint Thomas Hospital. An advanced nurse Injector, she has undergone extensive training under the guidance of top injectors in the aesthetic industry and is a certified ZO® Skin Health Specialist and Expert.

    A New England native, Hannah has lived in the Music Row neighborhood of Nashville with her two rescue dogs for the past 5 years.

  • Amy Morse (she/her/hers)

    CO-FOUNDER

    An accomplished senior marketing professional, Amy joined Nash Injections by Hannah in 2023, aligning her passion for holistic beauty and inclusivity with the brand's vision.

    With an extensive career spanning over a decade, Amy has worked in varied industries, including executive recruitment, real estate, and finance. She has built a reputation for crafting innovative digital marketing strategies while upholding the authenticity and integrity of brands and their values. A dedicated advocate for the LGBTQIA community, Amy has spearheaded fundraising events to generate support for various nonprofit organizations, including the AIDS Action Committee and Youth on Fire.

    Amy graduated from Harvard University and completed a digital marketing program at Cornell University. Dedicated to community enrichment, she is an alumna of Nashville's Young Leaders Council, a nonprofit board training program.

    Amy has lived in Music Row for the past three years with her two dogs, just a block away from her sister, Hannah, Founder of Nash Injections by Hannah.

We only use images of our actual clients, as we firmly believe in authenticity. We want to provide you with a genuine and accurate representation of our work, and that's why you'll never see stock photos on our website, social media accounts, or email communications.

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $100. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24-hours will result in a cancellation fee of $100. If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We may require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

  • Clients can park for free in the parking lot in front of the building. Once you have entered the building, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. You will see a glass table outside of Suite D where you can check in with the QR code or through your Vagargo app. Please have a seat in the waiting room and I will be with you shortly!
