When I started my journey in the aesthetics field, I quickly discovered that the industry can often fixate on narrow standards of beauty, excluding certain demographics. This conventional status quo inspired my dream to launch Nash Injections and redefine the aesthetics landscape by embracing the beauty of individuality.

Hannah Morse, RN (she/her/hers)
ADVANCED INJECTOR + FOUNDER
In 2022, Hannah founded Nash Injections by Hannah, driven by her passion to empower individuals through aesthetic treatments that enhance self-image and well-being. Her mission is to revolutionize the aesthetics industry by promoting diversity and advocating for natural beauty.
Hannah is dedicated to providing personalized care, taking time to tailor each consultation to meet the unique needs and goals of every client. Her approach is rooted in a deep commitment to education, ethical aesthetics, and ensuring that every client feels empowered, confident, and understood throughout their skincare journey.
She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Keiser University in 2017 and completed an OB Residency Program at Saint Thomas Hospital. As an Advanced Injector, Hannah has received extensive training from industry-leading professionals. She is also a certified ZO® Skin Health Expert.
Hannah’s expertise and dedication have earned her recognition as one of six elite injectors selected for the prestigious Nashville Injector Collective, hosted by Allergan Aesthetics. She has been featured in MedEsthetics Magazine, Music City Lifestyle Magazine, and Nashville Voyager, gaining widespread acclaim for her educational approach and client-focused philosophy.
Originally from New England, Hannah has made Nashville her home, where she lives with her fiancée, two soon-to-be stepdaughters, two dogs, and four chickens.

Natalie Ackley, RN
ADVANCED INJECTOR
In 2025, Advanced Injector Natalie Ackley, RN joined the Nash Injections by Hannah team, bringing more than a decade of nursing experience. Her work in aesthetics is deeply personal, rooted in her belief that beauty isn’t about fitting into a mold. She strives to help each client feel confident in their own skin and proud of what makes them unique.
A graduate of Lipscomb University, Natalie began her medical career in the ICU and pediatrics before finding her calling in aesthetics. She has completed extensive advanced training, including a Master Injector course with Allergan and specialized education with world-renowned injector Dr. Arthur Swift. In addition, she is certified in multiple lasers and skilled in full-face consultations. Natalie is passionate about creating customized treatment plans that seamlessly combine injectables, devices, and medical-grade skincare to achieve natural, balanced, and lasting results.
With a commitment to continued education and excellence, Natalie blends her clinical expertise with an artistic eye. Her approach helps patients look refreshed while feeling empowered and confident in their aesthetic journey. Building long-term relationships and guiding patients with care, professionalism, and integrity are at the heart of her work.
Outside of the treatment room, Natalie is a proud wife, mom to her son, and dog-mom to two pups. On weekends, you’ll often find her cheering on her favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles.

Allie Kirchhoff
ADVANCED ESTHETICIAN
In 2025, Advanced Esthetician Allie Kirchhoff joined the Nash Injections by Hannah team, bringing 10 years of experience and a reputation as one of Nashville’s top estheticians. She is recognized for a holistic style that blends clinical results with the restorative experience of a spa facial.
Originally from Chicago, Allie studied at G Skin & Beauty before practicing in Anchorage, Alaska, and moving to Nashville in 2024. She is certified in SkinPen microneedling, DMK enzyme therapy, Face Reality acne care, and Elleebana lash lifts, and has completed advanced training with ZO® Skin Health medical-grade skincare.
Allie takes a personalized approach with her treatments, customizing every facial to combine targeted care with relaxation, including a head, neck, and shoulder massage. Whether your skin needs deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, hydration, or corrective treatment, each step is tailored to you. Clients leave not only with glowing skin but also with a personalized plan to help maintain lasting results. In addition to facials, Allie offers lash lifts and tints, along with brow waxing, tinting, and lamination.
When she isn’t caring for clients, Allie fills her cup with live rock music, tattoos, crystals, new restaurants, and time with her pups, Harley and Tux. -
Dr. Keith Goldberg
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Keith Goldberg has been serving Middle Tennessee as a General and Vascular Surgeon since 1998. He was recruited to the area to bring innovation and improved patient care to Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee. Over the past three decades, he has become a respected leader in multiple local medical centers in the Nashville area and an esteemed member of the community. Dr. Goldberg possesses extensive expertise in aesthetics and is exceptionally skilled in the art of healing.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Goldberg celebrates a 30-year marriage with his wife, Allie, and is the proud parent of two adult children, both pursuing careers in the medical field. During his leisure time, he participates in various outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and camping, and enjoys home remodeling projects.
Dr. Goldberg earned his Medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and completed his surgical training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. -
Amy Morse (she/her/hers)
CO-FOUNDER
An accomplished senior marketing professional, Amy joined her sister Hannah at Nash Injections by Hannah in 2023, bringing her passion for holistic beauty and inclusivity to the brand’s mission and vision.
With an extensive career spanning over a decade, Amy has worked in varied industries, including executive recruitment, real estate, and finance. She has built a reputation for crafting innovative digital marketing strategies while upholding the authenticity and integrity of brands and their values. A dedicated advocate for the LGBTQIA community, Amy has spearheaded fundraising events to generate support for various nonprofit organizations, including the AIDS Action Committee and Youth on Fire.
Amy graduated from Harvard University and completed a digital marketing program at Cornell University. Dedicated to community enrichment, she is an alumna of Nashville's Young Leaders Council, a nonprofit board training program.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, will incur a $150 cancellation fee. This fee will be added as a credit to your account and can be applied to your next appointment. A credit card is required to secure your booking, and any fees will be charged to this card.
